Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years old or older.

Void where prohibited by law.

Entry Method

Multiple entry methods are available through SweepWidget, including subscribing to the Stag Co. and Atomic Helicopters email lists, following on Instagram, subscribing on YouTube, watching a YouTube video, and commenting on the linked YouTube video.

Participants can gain additional entries daily by visiting the SweepWidget link.

By entering the contest, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Trevor Wert and Stag Co.

Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on Saturday, July 27, 2024, and ends on Saturday, August 3, 2024, at 11:59 PM PST.

Winner Selection and Notification

The winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries.

The winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the giveaway ending.

The winners must respond within 120 hours (5 days) to claim the prize. Failure to respond will result in the selection of an alternate winner.

Prize

Two (2) winners will each receive one (1) GRAND TOUR flight from Atomic Helicopters. The tour includes a scenic flight over Seattle, the Cascade Mountains, and the Puget Sound.

The approximate retail value of each prize is $600 USD.

The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.

Prize Delivery

The prize will be delivered in person at the departure location: Boeing Field - 8453 Perimeter Rd S, Seattle, WA 98108.

The sponsor is not responsible for any delays or issues in scheduling the flight.

General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.

The sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entries that do not comply with these terms or are found to be fraudulent.

The giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, YouTube, or any other social media platform.

The sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the giveaway in the event that it becomes necessary to do so.

Privacy

Any personal information collected will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for the administration of the giveaway and as stated in the privacy policy of Trevor Wert and Stag Co.

By entering the giveaway, entrants agree to receive marketing emails from Trevor Wert and Stag Co. Entrants can opt-out of receiving these emails at any time by following the unsubscribe link in the emails.

Limitation of Liability

By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Trevor Wert, Stag Co., Atomic Helicopters, and their respective affiliates, employees, officers, directors, and agents from any and all liability, loss, damage, or injuries resulting from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of the prize.

Disputes

Any disputes arising from or relating to the giveaway shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in Washington State.

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
